Rimada Figs are Striped Figs
There are many varieties of variegated figs. Many have subtle stripes, others are bold.
I am curretly growing:
Martineca Rimada
Bordissot Negra Rimada
Panache
LSU Tiger
The two that are by far the most impressive in color are Martineca Rimada and Bordissot Negra Rimada.
Some of the other more commonly grown striped figs incude: Paratjal Rimada, Col de Dame Rimada, Col de Dame Mutant, and Popone.
Many commonly grown figs can develop slight striations when growing, but are not consider striped figs.

Martineca Rimada
(MART-R)
I believe Martineca Rimada is the most beautiful striped fig when growing.
Bordissot Negra Rimada is one only one that I have seen that comes close to its beauty. Perhaps I will see a BNR that is prettier than Martineca Rimada soon, I have a few more that are getting ripe.
Martineca Rimada grows with yellow and green stripes, similar to Panache, before turning into the yellows, reds and purples stripes. Not only beautiful, but this fig has an amazingly rich, tropical berry sometime cinnamon like a Red Hot candy flavor that is interesting. One of the most prized figs for its beauty. It makes me happy every time I see it growing.
Marineca Rimada figs grow with yellow and green stripes before it ripens before it darkens into the beautiful reds and purple stripes.
Bordissot Negra Rimada
(BNR)
Bordissot Negra Rimada rivals Martineca Rimada for the most beautiful fig.
They are both amazing in their colors and stripes and every fig on the trees are slightly different in their appearance. They both start out with the yellow and green stripes similar to a Panache. But when they ripen their colors start changing.

BNR figs are a rich tasting fig that have sweet tropical taste with hints of passion fruit..
Panache
Panache grows with yellow and green stripes and ripens with the same yellow and green stripes. Unlike many of the rimada figs that can lose their stripes, Panache normally does not revert back to a solid colored fig. Even on the new growth branches you can tell that by the coloring or stripes on the branch that is is a Panache. It is the most commonly seen striped fig and is even sold in super markets. Figs ripen very late.
